Supervisor Training

We run a highly successful action learning program for supervisors and team leaders. There are slight changes made depending on whether the audience are supervisors or team leaders however, both programs cover the following areas:

Supervisor training and team leader training workshops include group work, group work table activities actions before and after each session and are tailored to your specific needs. They are highly interactive and also aim to build confidence and raise the profile of the supervisor. A 360 degree assessment for supervisors is also used where appropriate.

As supervisor meetings are so critical to ensuring key tasks, standards and development objectives are met, plus poor performers are dealt with effectively, it is crucial that line managers are trained in performance management and supervision skills.
