About Ourselves

PRIDE Workforce Solutions LLC are HR Consultants started with a mission to provide a comprehensive range of professional, customized services to small and medium sized business.  Founded by Carol D’souza in 2017, we are based in Casa Grande, Arizona.  Following a career as an HR leader for a number of high profile companies and organizations, Carol channeled her knowledge and experience into setting up Pride Workforce Solutions.

With an MBA in Healthcare Administration, Carol is qualified and has worked in the field of HR for over 20 years.  Carol has substantial experience in all areas of HR including Employee Relations and troubleshooting, employment law, talent management, coaching and advising.  She divides her time between Head Office and the Regional office, supporting and overseeing clients statewide.

Carol will also soon be running HR CLINIC, a set up for SME business owners and employees with HR responsibility that will run regular free sessions to offer support and guidance on a range of HR topics.
